​Corporate Governance

The governance of ADR S.p.A. is based on the traditional organizational model consisting of the Shareholders’ Meeting, the Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors (of which three components are appointed by the Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport and the Minister of Economic Development), and the Supervisory Committee (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001).
