Organisation and Management
ADR Engineering, led by CEO Engineer Paolo Cambula, is organized into two business lines that refer to:
Sustainable Design and Safety Coordination, coordinated by architect Alessandro Polidori, is responsible for ensuring, on behalf of the Client and on behalf of the Company, the correct execution of the works in compliance with contractual norms and techniques, guaranteeing the realization of the project in accordance with the executive design and respecting contractual objectives of cost, time, and quality, including safety coordination during the design phase in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08.
Work Supervision and Safety Coordination, coordinated by engineer Mariabice Gervasi, is responsible for ensuring, on behalf of the Client and on behalf of the Company, the correct execution of the works in compliance with contractual norms and techniques, guaranteeing the realization of the project in accordance with the executive design and respecting contractual objectives of cost, time, and quality, including safety coordination during the execution phase in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08.
The chief advisor also reports five staff units.
